Boys Camp is the ultimate action-packed, overnight, summer camp adventure! During each session you can see boys riding horses, camping out, running man tracker, learning outdoor skills, playing sports, swimming, wall climbing, or sneaking through the forest while playing an epic wide game!
Boys Camp is also a place where young men learn about God’s love for them and discuss what a relationship with Him could look like through small group discussion and mentoring relationships with staff.
Junior Boys introduces young men to the great adventure of Christian life. They’ll try their hand at archery, (air) riflery, horsemanship and riding, manly crafts, outdoor skills and camp-outs on the land, just to name a few! Our staff they take each camper’s personal and spiritual development very seriously. Our Bible talks, worship, skits and silly campfire songs will tie in the overall spiritual themes of the week, connecting high-energy activities with lessons in responsibility and compassion.
Warning: boys will get dirty and may come home with a duffle bag of mostly clean clothes and a few REALLY filthy clothes!
Boys 12-17 can continue their camp adventure by registering for Senior Boys Camp.
Senior Boys Camp (Pioneer Ranch, Rocky Mountain House)
Ages 12 - 17
Senior Boys is where camp classics meet wilderness adventure! First, senior boys will take part in the best that camp has to offer: five days of hikes, crafts, canoeing, horseback-riding, wall-climbing and daily Bible talks. They’ll be challenged to grow in their hands-on skills, their friendships and in their relationship with God.
After that, it’s five days of pure adventure! The youngest boys (age 12) will be introduced to the fun of wilderness camping through a specially-designed out-trip. The older boys (ages 13-17) will pick between a backpacking, river canoeing or a horseback-riding out-trip.
On each trip, the boys will spend quality time with their counsellors and fellow campers, hearing stories of faith and being challenged to try things they’ve never done before! At the end of the trip, they’ll head back to camp and share their stories!
