Discovery 1 is the perfect introduction to your child’s camp experience and a great way to start off the summer! We will focus on God’s love and majesty; what a great place to wonder at His creation in this beautiful camp setting. Each day will be packed with fun and adventure including horses, swimming, archery, wall-climbing, and outdoor wide games. The evenings will end with songs and a campfire (including bedtime stories!).

At Discovery 2, we want to help kids start the biggest adventure of their lives by teaching them to explore and respect God’s creation and by building vibrant friendships with other campers and our quality team of dedicated staff and volunteers.

Campers are introduced to overflowing love and their incredibly unique identity throughout fun and adventure filled days. We want campers to get a sense of everything they’ve been created to be capable of, from learning skills at the Archery Range and Climbing Wall to splashing around the Pool. We conclude Discovery 2 by allowing the kids to showcase their skills at the end-of-the-week Rodeo.

End the summer with the greatest summer adventure …CAMP! At Discovery 3 campers are introduced to all sorts of fun games, new friends, and learning opportunities. Through exploring the outdoors and having fun with staff and fellow campers, we hope that each camper that comes experiences a deep sense of adventure and belonging. Through teachings about God and His word, campers will learn more about who they are and God’s creation.

Discovery 3 is a great place to start your camp experience!

Junior Boys is a camp tailored to the interests and needs of boys aged 9-11. Archery, (air) riflery, horsemanship and riding, manly crafts, outdoor skills, mystery block, camp-out on the land, man tracker and water regatta are a few of the adventures that we use to introduce boys to the great adventure of the Christian life. Bible talks, worship, skits, silly campfire songs and all the rambunctious activities are purposefully planned to support and help boys understand the overall spiritual theme of the week. Boys will get dirty and may come home with a duffel bag of mostly clean clothes and a few REALLY filthy clothes (The pool is chlorinated, however!).

Our Staff love this camp and the boys in our care, and we take their personal and spiritual development very seriously. We strive to love each boy in his uniqueness and show them that becoming a man should be a balance of increased responsibilities and also fun. Although a highly testosterone-fueled camp, we always have a few really cool women around who provide more of that balance and compassion that young boys require.

There is something special about camp in general, yet something particularly special about an all-girls’ camp where guards come down and authenticity abounds. This is a fun-loving week that is packed full of exciting, learning opportunities. Participation and trying new things to highlight each girls’ strengths are worked into each activity. For example, the rodeo has both horse and non-horse events so the girls who aren’t as comfortable on horseback can still participate. Campers will experience new skills, engaging Bible teaching, camping out on the land, personal encouragement and self-confidence… all in one week!
Quest highlights a main theme every year and makes camp come alive. You can fully expect to experience leaders dressed in wild costumes, intricate wide games in the woods, creative spiritual input, and dramas at campfire that all tie in the very carefully planned, spiritual theme. Campers will participate in canoeing, swimming, archery, air riflery, climbing, crafts and horseback riding throughout the day and… guess what? Those are tied into the theme too! Here, you’ll find no division between the sacred and the secular as all activities point to glorifying God! Sign up today!
For the avid horse-lover, regardless of riding level, horsemanship camp is all about horses all of the time! From sleeping outside with a chance to stargaze in cowboy country, to lesson plans and arena riding, there is something special about this camp. There is no lack of fun or chances for spiritual development at this camp as you spend almost all of your time with the horses in God’s creation. The camp comes to a close with the ultimate RODEO where kids will participate in challenges and fun activities including tug-of-war against a champion horse and the annual “Pie-the-Director-in-the-Face” for the cleanest cabin award! (Limited to 50 campers.)
Echoing the program and fun of Horsemanship 1, this camp also allows campers to try their hand at archery and wall climbing. Many children choose to attend both Horsemanship camps during the same summer as their experience changes with their riding level. (Limited to 50 campers.)
