We cannot wait for you and your camper to join us this summer! We are more passionate than ever about our calling to serve and invest in our campers, and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure camp is a safe, fun-filled and wonderful place for them to return to this year.

Arriving & Departing From Camp
All camp sessions at Pioneer Lodge, Sundre are parent/guardian drop-off and pick-up only. In order for us to give campers the best welcome and camp experience possible, please plan to arrive at camp on time.
Arrival & Departure Times
- Drop-off is 8:30 am – 9:00 am each day of Day Camp
- Pick-up is 4:30 pm – 5:10 pm each day of Day Camp
Please Note:
- Pick-up Late Fee: $5 for every 15 minutes after 5:10 pm.
- Campers will only be released to the custody of a parent or legal guardian unless written authorization signed by the parent or legal guardian to release the camper to another individual has been received.

- Pick-up is 10:30 am – 11:30 am Fridays***
***Exception: Discovery Camps
- Drop-off is 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm Sundays for both sessions
- Discovery Session 1: Pick-up is 10:30 am – 11:30 am Thursday
- Discovery Session 2: Pick-up is 10:30 am – 11:30 am Wednesday
***Exception: Lodge Family Camp

Please Note:
- Campers will only be released to the custody of a parent or legal guardian unless written authorization signed by the parent or legal guardian to release the camper to another individual has been received.
Registration and camper drop-off/pick-up take place in front of the Main Lodge.
- Drive all the way into the camp site to register & unload.
- Loading Zone at main camp area for registration and camper drop-off/pick-up.
Unloading/Loading Zone Time Limit: 15 minutes only.
This is to accommodate camper arrival/departures.
