Lodge Spring Work Weekend
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It’s guaranteed to be a time of enjoying God’s creation, an opportunity of using your skills (whatever they may be!) at camp, experiencing some great activities & times of relaxation, making new friends & spending time with old ones and having some quality camp-fire time!
Come prepared to work hard, see the reward of your efforts, fellowship and have fun with some great friends while doing it!
- Location: Pioneer Lodge, Sundre
- Meals: Provided (First Meal Served: Friday, Supper)
- Date: May 12-14, 2023
- Arrival Time: Friday, May 12: 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm (arrive anytime after lunch!)
- Departure Time: Sunday, May 14: 4:00 pm
- Work Sessions: Begin Saturday morning at 9 am
- Cost: Weekend is free, but contributions are greatly appreciated to offset meal & project supply costs.

Drive all the way in to the camp to register at the Lodge & unload.
- Lodge Unloading/Loading Zone Time Limit: 15 minutes.
- Once unloaded, all cars are to be moved to the Lodge’s back parking lot.
Friday
- 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm Arrival & Settle In; Begin working on Projects
- Supper, Welcome & Orientation
- Hangout
Saturday:
- Breakfast and Clean-up
- Morning Work Session
- Lunch and Clean-up
- Afternoon Work Session
- Snack
- Afternoon Work Session
- Supper and Clean-up
- Hang Out Time/Camp Fire/Worship Time
Sunday:
- Breakfast and Clean-up
- Morning Work Session and Camp Activities!
- Lunch and Clean-up
- Final Facility Clean-up
- Departure at 4:00 pm
